We are proud to present Tiffany and Ruari and to welcome back Dan and Catherine.
Dan and Catherine worked in Chalet La Ferme in 2010/11. Anyone remember? Amazing chef with sparkly Irish girlfriend? Dan has most recently worked as sous chef in Rick Stein’s new restaurant in Poole. Prior to that he worked as head chef at the Michelin recommended The Tickled Pig in Wimborne. This man can seriously cook!! Post working for us, Catherine worked for a couple of years turning around a struggling hotel in Ireland. She then worked for Barclays, problem solving and helping people out.
We are needless to say very, very chuffed to have them back for this winter when they will be working in Chalet L’Ecurie.
Ruari and Tiffany applied to us this summer with CVs that chalet owners dream of. We are very excited to welcome them on board! Ruari has 8 years of professional cheffing experience, from sous chef to head chef from ski chalets to restaurants. Tiffany has 9 years of hospitality experience through working on yachts in Greece and restaurant waitressing. She has a warm friendly manner and we know she’ll make you feel right at home in Chalet La Ferme.
Plus, of course, owner head chef Jon Chapple will be overseeing both kitchens and setting the menus. This year with added influences from our travels in America and Sicily. A winter of culinary delights!
Antonia Chapple will still be making sure everything is organised and running smoothly – from booking your ski passes and advising on ski lessons, to sorting your airport transfers and making sure that you are all happy at the chalet during your stay. What ever you need, just let her know how she can help!
