The Barn is in a fabulous central location two minutes walk from a main ski lift. The Super Morzine telecabine gives access to the high altitude skiing of Avoriaz and the largest international ski area in the world. Morzine’s charming town centre is only a few minutes walk from our door.
The Barn is owned by Jon, a gourmet chef who trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine before working under Henry Harris at Harvey Nichols 5th Floor restaurant in Knightsbridge. Although rented on a self catered basis, you can ask for Jon to cater for as many meals as you wish.
The Barn is a stunning barn renovation in an unbeatable town centre location. Chalet L’Ecurie (The Stables) sleeps 12–16 people in six en-suite bedrooms, and has an indoor hot tub and sauna. The views from the sitting room with it’s vaulted ceiling and open fireplace are unbeatable.
The Barn offers fantastic value for money and I would recommend it to any group. I would return any time!
We often stay in chalets advertised as a similar standard to the Barn, but this has certainly been our favourite experience.
The Barn is a well-oiled machine. Everything we wanted was available and nothing was ever too much trouble.
