The Barn Morzine is a family ski chalet business run by Jon and Antonia Chapple who moved to the Portes Du Soleil in 2001. Jon is a fully trained chef. Having trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, he worked under Henry Harris at Harvey Nichols 5th Floor restaurant in Knightsbridge. Using his many years experience in restaurants, catering and chalet work he has taken the best of the excellent local produce to create a delicious and exciting international menu. With carefully selected wines to accompany your meals and all dietary needs catered for you are in for a week of gastronomic pleasure. According to one satisfied customer, “Jon’s food is better than sex”. Need we say more? Antonia has a degree in economics and a background in administration. It is her job to ensure everything runs smoothly so that you have a hassle free holiday. She will organise your ski and boot hire, ski passes, lessons, transfers and childcare. Ben is 12 years old skis, snowboards and plays a mean sax. Louis is eight and loves reading, bouncing on trampolines, skiing, rollerblading and laughing his head off. We aim to make your holiday the best ever and hope you will leave not just as satisfied customers, but also as our friends. |
